SHIPPING AND RETURNS

ORDERS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

ORDER PROCESSING

Product orders placed and payment has been made before 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day (please note NATURAZEN that is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).

Product orders placed and payment has been made after 3:00 PM PST or on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery is three to five business days. Delivery or shipping times may be affected by seasonal volume. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order status.

If you need your order shipped quickly (e.g. 2 days or next day), please contact Customer Service for a special arrangement.

ORDER PICKUP

Orders can be picked up by appointment at NATURAZEN Customer Service Centre or NATURAZEN Access Point near you if you select the Product Pickup option when you place the order. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We will ship your order to you using the most cost effective common carrier available, such as Canada Post or Amazon, for the weight and/or dimension (length, width, height) of your product order. Most of them will deliver the packages themselves and the tracking information will reflect this. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

The rates charged for shipping your order are based on the total weight and/or dimension (length, width, height) of your product order.

Shipping rates are subject to change based on common carrier rates and seasonal surcharges. While we are not responsible for the increases, we do everything possible to minimize the effects on our Distributors, Members and Priority Customers.

Your shipping cost will be NATURAZEN’s actual freight cost plus a $4.00 CAD handling fee. At the time of your order, your shipping charge will be an estimate made. The estimate is a computer generated charge and is calculated using the weight of the product and the fill material.

CROSS BORDER SHIPPING

Broader delivery timelines is 8 to 20 days since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NATURAZEN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility.

 

RETURNS

PRODUCT REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and Exchange Products purchased directly from the company

NATURAZEN offers Priority Customers, Affiliates and retail customers who order directly from an official NATURAZEN Web site, a 100 percent, 30-day, money back guarantee on their initial product order.

Retail Customers

NATURAZEN obligates its Distributors to honor the Company’s 100 percent, unconditional, 30-day, money-back guarantee to all retail customers. If for any reason a retail customer is dissatisfied with any NATURAZEN product, he/she may return the product to the Distributor from whom the product was purchased within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price. If the retail customer requests a refund, the Distributor who sold the product to the retail customer must immediately refund the retail customer’s purchase price. (Retail customers must return merchandise to the Distributor who sold it to them; NATURAZEN will not accept returned merchandise directly from retail customers.) The Distributor, in turn, should complete a Dissatisfied Consumer Product Return and forward the form along with the original sales receipt and returned merchandise to NATURAZEN. NATURAZEN will then replace the returned merchandise with like product and ship it to the Distributor. All retail customers must be provided with two copies of an official NATURAZEN Retail Sales Receipt at the time of the sale. The back of the receipt provides the customer with written notice of his/her rights to cancel the sales agreement.

Priority Customers

NATURAZEN offers Priority Customers, and retail customers who order directly from an official NATURAZEN Web site, a 100 percent, 30-day, money back guarantee on their initial product order. If for any reason a Priority Customer is dissatisfied with any NATURAZEN product, he/she may return that product to the Company within thirty (30) days for replacement, exchange, or full refund of the purchase price. If a Priority Customer returns merchandise equal to or exceeding $100.00 US, this will be deemed a Voluntary Cancellation. For all other returns, the Company shall repurchase the inventory pursuant to the NATURAZEN’s Policies and Procedures of section 7.3. Moreover, the Company will adjust the appropriate Distributors’ sales volume pursuant to the NATURAZEN’s Policies and Procedures of section 6.2.

Product Exchange

NATURAZEN warrants the quality of its products and shall exchange any defective product. Anyone returning a damaged or defective product must complete the Distributor Product Exchange or Return. Product exchanges made for the purpose of favorable gain through maximizing commissions or manipulating the Compensation Plan (as evidenced through patterns observed outside of the average Distributor pattern of exchanges) will not be honored and are considered a material breach of the Distributor Agreement.
