Building Bonus

  • As a Distributor, in addition to the Sharing Bonus and Retailing Bonus, you can also earn a Building Bonus. The Building Bonus compensates you for building your Consumer Group, providing customer service to them, and assisting other Distributors in the promotion of Products to their customers.

  • The NATURAZEN Compensation Plan encourages teamwork and rewards stable leverage income as your organization grows. To growth your business, you’ll also need to sponsor two new Distributors to join your organization (for example, Annie and Bob in Figure A). These new team members will form the left and right sides of your team, and as the three of you find new customers and sponsor new team members, your team will begin to grow.

  • The Building Bonus is compensated based on the sales volume generated by your binary organization structure.

  • Sales Volume: A point value set for each Product used to compare the relative value of Products across various currencies and markets to measure qualification for various performance benchmarks, including Personal Sales Volume, Group Sales Volume, and quantify the Product sales in your Consumer Group and Leadership Team. Sales Volume is adjusted from time to time as the Company deems necessary. Sales Volume is different from Commission Volume Point. You can obtain information regarding the Sales Volume and other sales compensation related information for each Product by signing in to NATURAZEN’s Distributor website.

  • When you purchase products—both for your personal use and to
    re-sell to retail customers—you’ll begin to accumulate points from each product. You’ll need to generate a certain number of points each month to keep your business active—this is Personal
    Sales Volume
    .

  • But don’t worry, you’re not alone. NATURAZEN’s Compensation Plan is built to help you succeed, and it centers around teamwork. The points your team members accumulate individually are pooled together into Group Sales Volume. It’s your Group Sales Volume from your Consumer Group—the amount of points your team accumulates together—that determine the size of your commissions.

  • Commissions are awarded in Commission Volume Points, which are converted to your local currency. To calculate your commissions, simply find where the Group Sales Volume on the left side of your Partner Business Center matches the Group Sales Volume on the right side, and multiply it by 20 percent (or 0.2). Or in other words, take the Group Sales Volume on your small side and multiply it by 20 percent.

  • For example: Suppose you have started a business with one Partner Business Center. In a single month, the left side of your Partner Business Center accumulated sales that total 14000 Group Sales Volume points, and the right side had 15000. First, we have to make sure you’ve reached a minimum of 500 Group Sales Volume on each side. Since you have, we can calculate your commissions by multiplying the Group Sales Volume on your small side by 20 percent. In this case, your small side is your left side. 14000 Group Sales Volume Points X 20% (0.2) = 2800 Commission Volume Points. This will be converted into your country’s currency and paid to you.

  • At NATURAZEN, commissions are calculated and paid monthly, so your rewards will not be lost suddenly. Rewards are required step-by-step accumulation of efforts, one week, two weeks and a month. In some direct-selling plans, commissions are calculated and paid weekly. This means people often almost lost a week efforts and redo again. This feature of the NATURAZEN Compensation Plan will keep your team members motivated and working toward continued success.
